American Hose and Hydraulics services, fabricates
and repairs hydraulic cylinders in our own shop
located in New Jersey. We promise quick repairs and
re-builds on all of the hydraulic cylinders we
refurbish in our shop to get your equipment back in
operation with minimal down time. We carry and
supply a full stock of manufacturer’s seals and
rings to properly fit all hydraulic cylinders. When you choose a full hydraulic cylinder rebuild, your
finished product will function like new. We are
doing all of the work in house. Because we carry a
large stock of seals and bushings, turn around times
are short and your equipment is back in operation
with minimal down time. |

For Hydraulic cylinder
remanufacturing we offer a full service with
capabilities to machine cylinder rods, pistons and tubes
up to 32" in diameter and 19.5 feet long. Our hydraulic cylinder repair shop has set the standard
for state of the art repair and manufacturing of
hydraulic cylinders. Every aspect of cylinder repair is
kept to original specs and standards in our 70,000
square foot shop. More than 100 employees work together
to ensure that our customers are satisfied. In addition,
there are 10 cylinder disassembly and assembly benches,
each equipped with their own high-pressure torque
converters that remove and replace any piston, nut, or
gland to its original specifications. Each bench is also
equipped with its own test unit so that when a repair is
completed, it is tested beyond it original specs in
order to ensure that it is operational the moment it is
put back into service, thereby minimizing down-time, and
loss of revenue to our customers.
Our in stock inventory of chrome bar stock, DOM honed
tubing in both SAE and metric sizes boasts over $ 1
million dollars. We also carry a full line of seals and
bearings. If we don't have it, then it doesn't exist If
the cylinder is small enough to hold in your hand or
large enough to warrant transport by flatbed truck,
American Hose and Hydraulics can fix the part.
